The service
FinOverview provides financial tools for businesses: an overview of your QuickBooks Online company, a bookkeeping module that prepares draft entries from supplier invoices, and free calculators. Accounts are opened by invitation.
You stay in control of your books
Entries we prepare are drafts. They are recorded in QuickBooks only when someone at your business approves them, and you remain responsible for what is recorded in your books and filed with tax authorities.
Not professional advice
Figures shown come from your own QuickBooks data, and the loan simulator produces estimates. Neither is accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Check important decisions with your accountant or lender.
Your access
Keep your Microsoft account secure; anyone who can sign in to it can open your FinOverview account. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time, and ask us to close your account.
Availability
We work to keep FinOverview available and correct, but the service depends on QuickBooks, Microsoft and our hosting provider, and may occasionally be unavailable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada applicable there.
